Supreme Court Nominee Doesn't Have Enough Track Record on Tech

Legal advocates and scholars alike are scouring John Roberts' record for any signs of his views -- and finding very little. For those specifically interested in Roberts' thoughts on issues around technology, the internet, privacy and the First Amendment, the situation is the same. There's just not much to go on.
