Zooming into a mosaic photo

Saw this site on BoingBoing that was pretty cool. Someone went and stored a bunch of photos into this Macromedia Shockwave movie and did
the evaluations for each pixel of each image. Must have taken
forever.... Or if they are clever enough they may have done it with a
script...

Growing a Square Watermelon

These kids at Purdue University had some fun sticking a watermelon seed
into a box and grew it to the shape of the box. I once grew a star fruit
to shape like a ninja star when sliced....
